加拿大對(duì)涉中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)小型電力變壓器作出反傾銷初裁

2021年8月27日，加拿大邊境服務(wù)署(CBSA)對(duì)原產(chǎn)于或進(jìn)口自?shī)W地利、韓國(guó)及中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的小型電力變壓器(Small Power Transformers)作出反傾銷肯定性初裁，決定自即日起對(duì)涉案產(chǎn)品征收臨時(shí)反傾銷稅，稅率如下：奧地利涉案企業(yè)Siemens Energy Austria GmbH稅率為78.4%、韓國(guó)生產(chǎn)商/出口商稅率為0.0%~78.4%、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)涉案企業(yè)Shihlin Electric & Engineering Corporation稅率為17.2%。涉案產(chǎn)品的海關(guān)編碼為8504.22.00.20、8504.23.00.10、8504.90.90.10、8504.90.90.82和8504.90.90.90。

2021年4月15日，加拿大邊境服務(wù)署發(fā)布公告，對(duì)原產(chǎn)于或進(jìn)口自?shī)W地利、韓國(guó)及中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的小型電力變壓器啟動(dòng)反傾銷立案調(diào)查。

Notice of preliminary determination

Ottawa, August 27, 2021

On August 27, 2021, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special import Measures Act(SIMA), made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain small power transformers from Austria, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei) and South Korea.

The subject goods are usually imported under the following tariff classification numbers:

8504.22.00.20
8504.23.00.00

In some instances, the subject goods may also be imported under the following tariff classification numbers:

8504.90.90.10
8504.90.90.82
8504.90.90.90

The tariff classification numbers are for convenience of reference only. Refer to the product definition, for authoritative details regarding the subject goods.

Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from Austria, Chinese Taipei and South Korea that are released from the CBSA on or after August 27, 2021. Where the margin of dumping is considered insignificant, the investigation will continue but provisional duties will not be payable.
